1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, installing, or using Leveliom fuel level sensors and any associated software or monitoring services ("Service"), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Leveliom provides fuel level measurement and monitoring solutions including but not limited to:
- High-precision fuel level meter sensors for vehicles, generators, and stationary tanks
- Fuel volume measurement and tank calibration
- Fuel theft and drain detection with alerts
- Refueling event logging and verification
- Data output and integration with third-party telematics and GPS tracking platforms
3. Hardware and Installation
Proper installation and calibration are essential for accurate readings. You agree to:
- Have sensors installed by qualified personnel or in accordance with our installation guidelines
- Complete the tank calibration procedure as instructed
- Not modify, disassemble, or tamper with the sensor hardware
- Use the hardware only for its intended purpose of fuel level measurement
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Monitor tanks or assets without proper authorization
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
5. Data Accuracy
While our sensors are engineered for high precision, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy due to factors including installation quality, calibration, tank geometry, fuel temperature, vehicle inclination, and network connectivity. You acknowledge that:
- Fuel level readings may have inherent tolerances
- Accuracy depends on correct installation and calibration
- Temperature changes and vehicle movement may temporarily affect readings
- Network disruptions may delay data transmission
6. Warranty
Leveliom hardware is covered by a limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, tampering, misuse, or environmental conditions outside the stated operating range. Warranty terms are provided with the product documentation.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, hardware designs, firmware, software, and all original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your information.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except for the limited hardware warranty described above, the Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy, reliability, or completeness of data.
11. Service Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time; terminate or suspend accounts for violation of these terms; and change pricing and features with reasonable notice.
12. Third-Party Services
Our sensors and Service may integrate with third-party services such as GPS trackers, telematics platforms, and mapping providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of such third-party services.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless our company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
